Get started with technology planning: a mini-workshop

Event Details:

Date: March 13, 2012

Time: 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Who should attend:

Network leaders

Organized by:

Centre for Social Innovation

Does your technology support your mission, or would you like it to? Do you track all your information on little pieces of paper? Have you ever not been able to work because of a virus or hard drive crash? Want to take your database to the next level? Do you want to have a technology plan but don't know where to start?

The first step in every technology change is to understand where you’re at right now. At this event you will:

  • Learn about how to get started with technology planning
  • Complete a basic self-assessment to determine where your organization is at right now
  • Get some perspective on where you should focus your efforts
  • Share your plans with other nonprofits at the event

You won’t leave this event with a full technology plan by any means, but you will gain some ideas of how to move forward and an assessment that you can use to start a discussion in your organization.

If you RSVP and find out later that you can’t attend, please change your RSVP to “Not Attending” to accommodate others who may be interested.

Registration Deadline:

March 12, 2012
