Topic: Duties and Liabilities of Non-Profit/Charity Boards of Directors

Does your Board know what are the legal duties and responsibilities that they hold as Board Members? As a follow up to the PINs Leadership Development workshop on Governance, at this workshop, participants will learn in more detail about:

  • Board of Director duties
  • Personal liabilities of Directors
  • Insurance and indemnities of Directors
  • By-laws and constituting documents for your association

This complimentary event is for board members of professional immigrant networks.
